Mirador de la Salina is being built in El Raso, Guardamar del Segura. It comes in three parts: two apartment blocks (Blocks 2 and 3) with 20 homes each, and a row of five townhouses. All residents share a communal swimming pool, landscaped gardens and an underground garage.
The apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a built area of 83.91 or 87.33 m² and a generous terrace of 24.58–39.20 m². The homes on the top (fourth) floor add a private solarium of 67.10 or 84.10 m². The layout is open-plan, with the living room, dining area and kitchen forming one 35.46 m² space.
The townhouses are on two floors, with 144 m² built on a 130 m² plot. The ground floor has a 37.37 m² living-dining-kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom, a separate WC and a laundry room; upstairs there are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Terraces total roughly 78–83 m², and on top of those comes a solarium of 49–50 m².
Every home includes a space in the garage. A storage room comes with some of the homes and is available as an option on the others. Prices start at €296,900 + IVA, 27 homes are currently available, and delivery is expected in spring 2028.
