Six Nature Villas — six villas on the golf course front line

Six Nature Villas is part of El Valle Residences, inside El Valle Golf Resort in Murcia. The promoter describes it this way: “The Villas Six Nature, located in a unique enclave such as El Valle Golf, integrate architecture on the golf course front line to offer an exclusive Mediterranean lifestyle experience.”

There are six villas and five are still available. Each has three bedrooms and three bathrooms over two storeys, its own pool and its own plot. Built area runs from 118.02 to 119.59 m², plots from 169.58 to 250.60 m² and terraces from 48.64 to 58.15 m². Villa 6 has the largest plot in the group at 250.60 m² and a 23.55 m² pool, where the others have 9.45 m².

Each villa includes a garage space, an outdoor parking space and a storage room in the price. Three are scheduled for completion in Q2 2027 and two in Q3 2027. All prices are quoted excluding taxes.

The home sits inside El Valle Golf Resort. The course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and its 100,000-plus m² make it one of the best known in the region. The resort is 15 minutes from the centre of Murcia and under 25 minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor.

The promoter lists the resort's facilities as access control, landscaped areas, a Club House, maintenance, a perimeter security wall, a golf shop, sports courts and a driving range. The promoter states the setting has more than 3,000 hours of sun a year.
